We were just checking out Martha Stewart Weddings’ ‘Color Issue,’ and we’re feeling inspired! Since summer is here, we’re loving pops of festive color.

Aaron Paul and Lauren Parsekian Married

Aaron Paul, the actor who brilliantly plays Jesse Pinkman on “Breaking Bad,” is now a married man.

His wife Lauren is the CEO of “Finding Kind,” the girl power movement and documentary.

They got married in Malibu on Sunday afternoon with a vintage Parisian carnival theme. The ceremony took place at Calamigos Ranch in front of a ferris wheel.

Their wedding singer was John Mayer, who performed “Daughters” as the bride danced with her father.

Aaron proposed on New Year’s Eve 2011 in Paris. Pretty epic, if you ask us.

Congratulations to this adorable couple!

We Love: mermaid wedding inspiration

Style mag Lucky reports that “mermaid” beauty is all the rage, and we are all about it!

We unveiled our Arielle Engagement Ring a few months ago, which has a decidedly magical-mermaid feel, and we’re loving the trend for weddings. Iridescent colors, siren shapes and under-the-sea inspiration just puts us in the greatest mood!

We wouldn’t necessarily take it so literally, but these pictures are really beautiful.

This mermaid inspired elopement is so perfect!

We Love: Simple Wedding Rings & Simple Living

Zen. The economy. Saving time. Saving the environment. Quality over quantity. Teaching our kids to value relationships and experiences over the material things in life.

soul surfer bethany hamilton engaged

Bethany Hamilton is an inspiration to millions, especially young women, and we’re thrilled to share in her happiness.

She was on her way to a career in professional surfing when a shark attack took her left arm. She conquered her fears, got back on the board, and was competing again the next year.

Her amazing story is the subject of the biopic “Soul Surfer.”

Bethany is engaged to her boyfriend of one year, Christian youth minister Adam Dirks.

She wrote on her Facebook page, “One year ago today, I met an amazing man, now we will spend the rest of our lives together!”

Congratulations, Bethany and Adam!

Mariah Carey & Nick Cannon’s Disneyland Vow Renewal

Mariah’s the best. So talented, and she seems like a really fun mom to her twins, Monroe and Morocco.

Mariah celebrated Christmas again in February just because, so we weren’t surprised when she renewed her wedding vows at Disneyland.

And we love that she married her soul mate, a man who will dress up as a Disney Prince and marry her all over again. That’s real love.

Don’t settle for less, ladies!

We Love: Gibson Bespoke & Astoria Road

The Jeff Cooper family celebrated an anniversary this week, so we’re definitely in the mood for love. Designer David Cooper and his wife Nikole celebrated their anniversary this week, and we couldn’t help but share what they wrote about each other on Facebook. (We dare you not to tear up a little!)

Nicole wrote, “Today I’m married 9 years to the most amazing husband a girl can ask for! Every day I’m so blessed for our wonderful family.”

And David wrote, “Nikole, every day is a blessing with you. Life may be a never ending roller coaster, but as long as you ride it out with me, anything is possible. I love you more today than yesterday, and you’re more beautiful to me now than the day I met you 14 years ago.”

Just so you know, our Nikole Collection was inspired by David’s feelings for Nikole, and we can’t think of anything sweeter. We wish for every girl in the world to find someone who adores her like that!

Gina Lollobrigida’s Fancy Yellow Diamond

‘Magnificent Jewels’ auctions at Sotheby’s and Christie’s are always good, but this weekend, Sotheby’s was AMAZING.

Glamorous 1950s and 60s screen siren Gina Lollobrigida auctioned her 74.53-carat fancy yellow diamond, and it sold for $2.95 million, an auction record for a fancy yellow diamond. Here’s Ms. Lollobrigida.

The previous owner was the Imperial Majesty Sultan Ahmad Shah Qajar, the last ruler of the Qajar dynasty in Persia. That’s this gentleman.

There is something so magical about this diamond. We could stare into it all day.

There were also other fabulous jewels in the auction, which you can see here. Ms. Lollobrigida auctioned the jewels to raise money for stem cell research.

Shenae Grimes & Her Black Wedding Dress

And the bride wore black!

Congrats to 90210 star Shenae Grimes and her new husband Josh Beech. They got hitched over the weekend and she wore Vera Wang’s unconventional Josephine dress.

We love originality in all forms, so we’ll say yes to the dress. And what Jeff Cooper ring would suit this femme fatale bride?
